Service Description
Step into a walking class designed to help you move with more ease, awareness, and comfort—no matter your current fitness level. Each session begins with gentle stretching and a full-body scan to wake up your joints, muscles, and attention. We'll focus on posture, alignment, and activating key muscles so movement feels smoother, steadier, and more efficient. You’ll be invited to tune in to your body, explore adjustments that feel right for you, and honor the ways your body moves best. Accessibility notes: This class is ideal for anyone who can remain standing for 10 minutes and walk for at least 3 minutes without stopping. No fitness experience needed—just a willingness to slow down, tune in, and move with intention. Parking, seating, and restrooms will be available. Cost: Free to attend during BodiLab’s first season.
