Service Description

Step into a walking class designed to help you move with more ease, awareness, and comfort—no matter your current fitness level. Each session begins with gentle stretching and a full-body scan to wake up your joints, muscles, and attention. From there, we’ll work with natural gait mechanics, postural foundations, and activation of major muscle groups throughout the kinetic chain. We’ll explore how small shifts in alignment, strength, and coordination can make walking feel steadier, smoother, and more sustainable. You’ll be invited to tune in, experiment with adjustments that feel right for your body, and build skills you can carry into everyday movement. Accessibility notes: This class is ideal for anyone who can remain standing for 10 minutes and walk for at least 3 minutes without stopping. No fitness experience needed—just a willingness to slow down, pay attention, and practice walking with intention.
