Service Description
Shake off your week with this dance-and-yoga fusion movement class. We’ll move through a sequence that supports strength, mobility, coordination, and release. A balance of anatomical learning and expressive movement will help you more fully embody your kinetic chain. This class is loosely structured rather than rigidly choreographed. You’ll be led through clear movement shapes and rhythms, with room to adapt based on your body, energy, and needs. Leave feeling relaxed and energized. Students should be able to move between the ground, standing, and seated positions (both in a chair and on the floor) within the same class, though transitions are never rushed.
