Ad hoc 1:1 session
Service Description
For existing clients, this ad hoc service meets occasional 1:1 needs.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact BodiLab at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contact, the session may be considered missed and will be counted as used. For in-person sessions, weather and outdoor conditions may require us to reschedule, move to Zoom, or choose an alternate location. If BodiLab needs to cancel or change the session due to weather, illness, emergency, or other scheduling issue, your session will not be lost. Package sessions are valid through the expiration date listed at purchase. Membership sessions are intended to be used within the month they are purchased and do not automatically roll over. If BodiLab is unable to provide a scheduled membership session and we cannot find another time that month, a make-up session will be added manually.
