Tailored to you and your needs

We talk about your goals, your history, and your body to get a sense of whether there is a good fit.
This first hour-long session builds on our consultation call. We explore your goals and history more deeply, begin working together in practice, and decide whether the Foundations Package is the right next step.


Four sessions designed around your goals. At the end of those four sessions, you’ll receive a Movement Map to support your next steps, whether you continue with BodiLab or practice on your own.
After the Foundations Package, continue with a 4-session package or choose a monthly membership rhythm that fits your life.
