Movement Coaching Packages
Movement coaching at BodiLab is an ongoing, collaborative process that evolves with your body, your goals, and your life. We may draw from a structured plan, but we won’t follow it rigidly; the focus is on helping you understand how your body moves, interpret its signals, and make informed decisions in real time. Each session builds on the last, supporting strength, mobility, and a deeper sense of trust in your body.
Based on our initial session, these options offer different levels of support depending on how you’d like to continue your movement practice.
